Suspension or Closure of Accounts

  2. Upon suspension or closure of an account, Masaya365 shall have no liability for lost funds.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

  1. All intellectual property rights on the Platform are owned by us.
  2. We reserve all rights to our brand names, logos, images, text, software code, scripts, music, graphics, design, layout, programming languages, data structures, database queries, digital assets, trademarks (and all other proprietary information).

Limitation of Liability

  1. In no event shall we be liable for consequential damages or loss arising from the Platform's use.
  2. You agree to hold harmless Masaya365 and its affiliates, directors, officers, agents, representatives, suppliers, service providers, employees, contractors, vendors, sponsors, licensees, partners (or related parties), subsidiaries, successors, assigns.

Modification of Terms

  1. We may modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  2. Your continued use of the Platform after a term change will be deemed acceptance to new or modified provisions.

Applicable Licensing or Regulatory Oversight

  1. Masaya365 operates under licenses from Curacao Government (Curacao).
  2. Our compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those in supported jurisdictions is ongoing.
